1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any service provided by phdci (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating or accessing a phdci account.

phdci reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and phdci. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, access real-money gaming services, or participate in any betting or gambling activity on the phdci Platform. This age restriction is mandated by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). phdci enforces strict age verification protocols. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all gameplay voided, and funds returned to the original depositing payment method, subject to applicable transaction fees and administrative costs.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The phdci Platform is intended solely for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines or in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly permitted by law. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws and regulations governing online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of phdci is lawful in your jurisdiction. phdci disclaims all liability for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Platform.

2.3 Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on phdci, you must register for a user account. During registration, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it accurate and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with phdci. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts in the name of another person, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent this rule through the use of different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phdci is required by law and regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents acceptable in the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to: Philippine passport, Philippine driver's license, UMID card, PhilSys ID, or other PAGCOR-approved identification. phdci reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address, payment method verification, or source of funds documentation, at any time.

Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe, or refusal to provide requested documentation, will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure. phdci will not process any withdrawal until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdci account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phdci immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phdci will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify phdci of the security breach.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to ensure that all information provided to phdci, including contact details, payment information, and personal data, remains accurate and up to date. It is your responsibility to notify phdci promptly of any changes to your registered email address, phone number, residential address, or payment methods. phdci is not responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or account issues resulting from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Prohibited Account Sharing

Your phdci account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise made available to any third party. You may not permit any other individual to access your account or use your credentials to play games, place bets, or conduct transactions on your behalf. Any such activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phdci accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and designated Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified in promotional terms. phdci reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly and credited to your phdci account balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the sending institution. phdci is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your phdci account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. phdci reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds, as required by anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts (unless you are a named account holder), or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. phdci reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party source and return the funds to the originating account.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of funds from your phdci account at any time, provided that your account is in good standing, you have completed all required KYC verification, and you have met all applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phdci does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider or bank may impose its own fees, which are your sole responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to GCash are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays). phdci reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high transaction volume, security reviews, or for accounts flagged for additional verification.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

phdci may require additional identity verification, documentation, or security checks before processing a withdrawal request. This is a standard security procedure designed to protect your account and comply with regulatory requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with any such request. Refusal to provide requested documentation will result in denial of the withdrawal request.

5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

phdci requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for deposits, to the extent reasonably practicable. This policy is mandated by anti-money laundering regulations. If the original deposit method cannot accept withdrawals (e.g., one-way payment systems), phdci will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative withdrawal method, which may require additional verification.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

phdci may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms are published in the promotions section of the phdci Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must bet before bonus funds and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and game type. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before accepting it.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

phdci has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly; coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses; using automated betting systems or betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; or any other activity that phdci determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute an attempt to unfairly exploit promotional offers. Any such activity will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspension or closure of your account, and potential legal action.

6.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

phdci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. In the event that a promotion is found to contain an error (such as incorrect odds, payout amounts, or wagering requirements), phdci reserves the right to void all affected bets and bonuses and correct the error retroactively.

7. Gameplay and Betting

7.1 Game Rules

All games available on the phdci Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. You agree to play all games in accordance with their published rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.

7.2 Random Number Generators and Live Dealer Integrity

All RNG-based games (including slots, virtual table games, and video poker) on phdci use certified Random Number Generator technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios, with physical game outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) determined by genuine chance. phdci does not manipulate game outcomes. However, in the rare event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software defect, phdci reserves the right to void all affected gameplay and refund stakes.

7.3 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, phdci will attempt to maintain the integrity of your game session. For most games, your bets will remain active and will be settled according to the actual game outcome, regardless of the disconnection. 7.4 Maximum Winnings

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phdci Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using phdci for money laundering purposes;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any third-party tools that interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phdci staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform;
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals made in bad faith;
• Any other activity that phdci determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

9. Responsible Gaming

The phdci Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk, and there is no guarantee of winning. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. phdci strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

9.3 Self-Exclusion and Limits

phdci provides responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. You may set these limits at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by phdci

phdci reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to phdci, other players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your phdci account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account. Any bonus funds or unfulfilled promotional requirements will be forfeited. phdci will process your closure request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending investigations or verification procedures.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. You will no longer have access to the Platform or any services. phdci will return any remaining balance of real-money funds to you, minus any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to phdci, following completion of all required verification and security procedures.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, text, images, video, audio, game designs, and other materials available on the phdci Platform (collectively, the "Content") are the property of phdci or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without the express written permission of phdci.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 No Warranties

The phdci Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phdci does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phdci, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (c) statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform; (d) interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; or (e) any other matter relating to the Platform.

12.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall phdci's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount deposited by you into your phdci account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of phdci, you agree to first contact phdci customer support through the live chat facility or via email. phdci will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. Most disputes can be resolved through this internal process.

13.2 Arbitration

If an internal resolution cannot be reached, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phdci Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action or other representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against phdci.

14. Changes to Terms

phdci reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Material changes may be communicated through email, account notifications, or prominent notices on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the phdci Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 13.
